Baker’s Motel has been doing a lot of updating over the last few years though has not lost the historical value that it provides as parts of this historical property date back to the late 30’s while the newest part is from the early 60’s,  you will find many modern features in this property with access to high speed internet, refrigerator and microwave ovens in all rooms, their 2 bed rooms are so large that even families will not be cramped for space like the rooms you find with most of the chains at twice the price.

Baker’s Motel offers some of the cleanest and quietest rooms you will find in either Guernsey or Muskingum county along with the availability of some great coffee available in the morning.  This past year was a busy year with updates which include, 32″ flat screens in all rooms with one bed and 40″ flat screens in all two bed rooms, finished off the remainder of the motel with new heater – air wall units plus many more updates to our wonderful motel which is located just off I-70 in Norwich, Ohio just 10 miles east of Zanesville, Ohio and 10 miles west of Cambridge, Ohio.   Stop by and the owners will gladly show you the rooms that they offer traveling guests or go to their website to view many of their rooms.

Family Owned Motel – Conveniently Located

Another nice feature of this fine motel is location,  they are the closest property to The Wild in Cumberland, Ohio and just across the street from the Zane Grey Museum.  Muskingum College is just out the drive and 4 miles east of the motel on the Historical National Road in New Concord, Ohio.  Near the property are numerous antique shops, flea markets and more providing items both new and old.  So if you are looking for a place that you can kick back and really relax then their is only one choice and that is Baker’s Motel in Norwich, Ohio.
